Welcome to Elwood Elementary Preschool!
EES Preschool is a licensed preschool with the state of Indiana. We are a LEVEL 3 in Paths to Quality
General Information:
School day hours: 8:15 to 2:15
Elwood Elementary Preschool follows the same calendar as Elwood School Corporation.
Before care: 7-8:15 am
After care: 2:30-3:30
Meal Information:
Everyone eats FREE breakfast, lunch is $3.15.
Students may bring their own lunch.
Donations of snacks are greatly appreciated.
Payments:
On My Way Pre-K funding may be available for4-year-olds who qualify.
CCDF vouchers may be available through the State of Indiana for children who qualify.
Payments must be made prior to students attending for the week. Students with outstanding bills may not attend until bill is paid.
Payments may be made by cash, check, money order or online in the procare app. Please send the check, cash or money order in your child’s backpack in a folder or place in the drop box in the front office.
Students with bills that are more than 2 weeks past due will be unenrolled from the program.
What Your Child Will Need:
Backpack and folder
Diapers/ Pull Ups/ Wipes for those who need them (in unopened packages)
Blanket for naptime
Change of clothing (leave in the backpack at all times)
Tuition Rates:
Tuition is set as follows below. You will be billed the same amount every week to hold your placement!
$125.00 per week for preschool program 8:15am – 2:15pm. You will be billed this full rate each week unless school is closed for the day due to a weather or emergency closure. You will not be billed for full days off according to the Elwood Community Schools Calendar.
Before care, 7:00 am – 8:15 am, is available for $25 per week. Space is limited.
After care until 3:30 is available for $25 per week. Space is limited.
