 Herff Jones will be here during high school lunches on Wednesday, September 29th to take cap and gown orders. They will also be here from 3:00pm - 5:30pm in the lobby by the Liberty Bell.

The Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation scholarship is open, deadline to apply is October 31, 2021, 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time.  Applicants must have at least a 3.0 unweighted GPA and meet other eligibility requirements.  Log on to:  CokeURL.com/Apply2021

Wednesday, September 22nd is See You at The Pole.

FCA invites all Staff and Students to meet for prayer around the flagpole in front of the Jr./Sr. High School at 7:45 a.m.  

At the home volleyball game on Wednesday, September 22nd, we are asking to have a "purple wave"- this is in remembrance of Marcella Gordon who died by suicide two years ago. Students are asked to come and wear purple and/or wear a purple ribbon. Purple ribbons will be passed out during lunch on Wednesday the 22nd. Remember that the National Suicide Lifeline is 1-800-273-TALK.

The ASVAB will be given on Monday, September 27th at 8:15 in the cafeteria to ALL juniors and any senior who has not met a graduation pathway. This test is also open to sophomores.    If you are a 10th grade student who would like to take it please stop in the guidance office to sign up by Friday, September 24th.

Homecoming  Dance tickets are on sale now in the guidance office. There will not be any tickets sold at the door and you must have a ticket prior to the dance. Tickets are $3 per person or $5 per couple.  The dance will be held in the cafeteria from 9:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

Food will also be available for purchase during the game.

Purdue Polytechnic in Kokomo invites any junior or senior interested in the fields of computer information technology, cybersecurity or engineering technology to experience a day in college on the Purdue Kokomo campus. This event will take place on Friday, October 1st and lunch will be provided. Please RSVP by September 24th at techkokomo@purdue.edu or stop in the guidance office for more information.

September is suicide awareness and prevention month. The SADD students would like to  spread the word that you can help prevent suicide. Be the one to ask your friends how they're doing. Ball State will do a virtual visit during homeroom on Tuesday, September 14th. All juniors and seniors will be sent a meet link to log into this meeting during their homeroom.

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes will meet this Friday before school in the gym.  Everyone is welcome and you do not have to be an athlete to attend.

Do you like Java Paws?  Java Paws is looking for 1 or 2 students in grades 10-12 preferred to work daily.  

Qualifications:  good attendance, be here by 7:45 and work quickly.
